Returns Policy

At, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality of goods. We want you to be happy, so here is our return policy for whole bean coffee and everything else. We strive to provide the best customer service possible, but due to the nature of roasted coffee beans, there are some limitations to returns:

  • If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email  as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Whole Bean Coffee  - Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. We cannot accept whole bean returns for reasons outside of a mistake on our part or damage in shipping.

Please contact us at  within 14 days of receipt of purchase if there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee. We want you to be happy with your purchase and would love to help you find something delicious! Please reach out if you have any questions or just want to chat about coffee!
